Wim Wenders film "pina" is nominated for the British Academy of FIlm and Television in the
section of "best non-English language film" for the BAFTA Award
2012.
The ceremony will take place in London on Feburary 12, 2012.
Next to {non English film} category, Wenders "pina" is also on shortlist for the documentary award.
No film has ever received nominations in both categories, according to
an academy spokeswoman.
Jun Miyake will be scoring for a theater piece called "Tenshu Monogatari" written by Kyoka Izumi, directed by Akira Shirai.
The show will be played at Shinkokuritsu Gekijo / Tokyo from November 5th to 20th.

The show is playing at Parco theater between June 14th~ July 3rd, then
go around Nagano on July 5th, Hiroshima on July 8th, Fukuoka on July 14th,
Osaka July 16th~18th.

The
performance for Pina Bausch tribute at Theatre de la Ville was
very well received !
The dressing room that they let me stay in was the room Pina
had stayed over the 30 years.
It had not been used this season since it was too painful for
everybody,
and they had sweetly offered me to stay instead.
I sat there alone for a while, closed my eyes and tried to feel
her vibe.
My nervousness was totally gone after then, it was magical !

MIYAKE wiil be performing at Theater de la Ville for a tribute
event for Pina Bausch on Saturday Nov.28/ 3pm.
In the memory of Pina Bausch. Several artists, choreographers,
writers, film directors, authors who worked with her / have been
influenced by her work / will take part to this special event
(Raimund Hoghe, Jack Lang, Jacques Patarozzi, Raphaelle Delaunay,
Chantal Ackerman, Emmanuel Demarcy-Mota, Gerard Violette, Pipo
Del Bono, Pedro Almodovar).
There will be broadcast of the event at Radio France Culture
on the same day 9pm.
